Runs small

Five stars because the skirt is gorgeous but sadly the sizing is off by at least one full size. I went with my TTS recommendation and this is the first time it’s been wrong. I’ve exchanged it for a size up so hopefully it will fit perfectly. It has no stretch so definitely go up a size.
