I still can't give it the full five stars I want to.
THE GOOD: I wear this dress at LEAST once a week. I am the kind of mom who wears dresses every day, and I only have about 10 in my closet. This one hits all the marks! It's a gorgeous color and design, it's light and lovely to wear, and it's nursing friendly! I get at least one compliment a day when I wear it, but..
THE BAD: I also hear from the same people, "Oh, you must have kids," as they eye every single stain on this dress. From spit up, to breast milk, to all the things that get on mom's clothes, you can see the stains left behind. I'm also the kind of gal who wears aprons and tries super hard to keep nice clothes nice. And I have scrubbed this dress down with at least five different kinds of soap. Scrubbed ruthlessly because I love this dress, have invested in this dress, only have 10 fall outfits in my closet. But still, I wear this dress in and out of my home, stains and all. When people see me in this dress, I am certain they think, "Wow, she's a modest, elegant mom who chose something nicer than sweatpants...but what's with all the marks?"
I've been a walking advertisement for you, Roolee, wearing this dress everywhere. As I said, I love it and it's my favorite thing in my closet. Make it in every color (preferably dark ones where the stains don't show?) But please, please, please....tell me how to get the stains out, and you'll get 6 stars from me!
