No. We have opened the job posting to anyone that is interested and would be a good representative of ROOLEE and our partner Girl Up. We would need to check local labor laws should an applicant be under 18 to ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations.
Absolutely! Round one is all about showing us your style. You are welcome to create as many videos as you want. Just be sure to tag #rooleecfo and #girlsrool so we can see them!

The ROOLEE CFO position will be a part-time collaboration. We aim to have our CFO create approximately 3 TikTok videos per week showing off the ROOLEE products.
The person selected to be the ROOLEE CFO should embody the values of these 2 organizations. Part of the role will include finding ways to support other girls/women and encourage gender equality and positivity. There will be opportunities to support Girl Up and some of their initiatives throughout the 6-month contract, as well as supporting ROOLEE A World of Sisters virtual events.
During the 6-month contract, we will work with the CFO to plan an epic content creation trip. The location is still TBD because we want to collaborate with the CFO on their ideas. The CFO and a guest will be flown to a mutually agreed upon location to create content for ROOLEE’s social media channels. Flights, hotel, food and activities will be covered by ROOLEE for the CFO and a guest. Any additional guests would need to be approved and cover their additional expenses.
We will work with the CFO to choose a location for this trip. We will want to ensure the location is safe, accessible and a fit with the content we want created for the ROOLEE channels. Beyond that, the world is yours to explore!
You will work hand in hand with our designers to hand pick designs to create a branded clothing collection. This collection will be marketed as a joint collection between the CFO and ROOLEE. The ROOLEE design team will work closely with the CFO to create and source products that fit with the CFO’s style. The CFO will also earn a commission on all sales from the collection!
The CFO will be paid monthly at the beginning of the month $2,500 via check. The CFO will also be required to fill out a W-9 form for tax purposes.
It would be considered contracted work, so you will receive a 1099. A W-9 form will be required at the beginning of the contract.
You will receive a monthly credit to your Club ROOLEE account. You may use this credit to purchase any ROOLEE clothing to be used as part of the TikTok content posted on social media.
ROOLEE will contact applicants moving to Round 2 via direct message on TikTok. We will request an email address and phone number in order to communicate with the applicants. For Round 3, the top 10 will be contacted by phone or email to inform them that they will be moving on to the next round. The finalist will be notified during the Salt Lake City trip that they have been selected as the CFO.
