Thank you so much for shopping with us! We understand that not everything will work out, so we are here to make the return process as simple as possible!

To get a return started, scan the QR code on your confirmation slip or click the link here!

Return Service Options:

You can drop off your return at any Return Bars near you! Find your closest locations here. Once you initiate the returns process online and select “Drop items at Happy Returns”, you will be emailed a QR code. Take this code and your items to any Return Bar! They will package up your items and scan your code which will immediately complete your return/exchange. We will be sure to send you an email confirmation once this happens!

At this time we are happy to offer this return method at a flat rate of $5.00.

You can send your return back with a traditional return shipping label! Once you initiate the returns process and select “Box and ship items using a prepaid label”, you will be emailed a shipping label. Package up your items and send back your return using that prepaid label! Your return will be completed upon our receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned. We will be sure to send you an email confirmation once this happens!

At this time we are happy to offer return labels at a flat rate of $8.00.

We are happy to have an option for FREE RETURNS! To receive a return with no processing fee, select to return for an eGift card while completing the returns process. This will remove the processing fee from your return! You can drop off your item(s) at a Return Bar, or return with a shipping label. Your gift card will be emailed to you once your return is completed.

Didn’t like the fit or color of your item? We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different color or size! You will be able to select the replacement size and color while completing the returns process as long as we have enough inventory of the item.

Exchange orders are not created/guaranteed until your return is processed. If you return at a Returns Bar, this will happen immediately upon taking your item to the drop-off point. If you return with a shipping label, this will happen once your item has been received at our warehouse. If we are out of stock of your requested exchange, you will receive a refund instead.

International customers will be responsible for obtaining a return label and covering the cost of shipping item(s) back to ROOLEE.

  1. Package your items with the order confirmation slip from your order.
  2. Seal the package for shipping.
  3. Ship your package using your preferred shipping method to the following address:

Your return will be completed upon receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned. We will be sure to send you an email receipt once this happens!

HOLIDAY EXTENSION POLICY

Our holiday return policy is November 7, 2022 to January 7, 2023.

Any orders placed from November 7, 2022 to December 6, 2022 can be returned up until January 7, 2023. Orders placed December 7, 2022 and on will follow our normal return policy.


TRYNOW RETURNS

Orders placed using our Try Before You Buy program follow the same policies, processes, and prices as a regular order. You have 7 days from the day your package is delivered to send in your return and not be charged. If you change your mind after your trial period has ended and the item is still unwashed, unworn, and unused, you can return for a refund up until 30 days after you placed the order!

Note that refunds look different for Try Before You Buy programs than regular orders. Rather than receiving a regular deposit, you will see the authorization on your account drop and a new charge for only what you kept and/or shipping fees.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be accepted for a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.

Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, having tags removed, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued. Swimwear with tampered or missing liners will be refused and no refund will be issued. Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered-- the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued.

Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for return or exchange.

**Any returned item outside of the policy will be subject to a $5.00 violation fee and no refund will be issued.**

Receiving your Refund

If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the selected return shipping fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.

Receiving your eGift Card

If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested store credit for your order, you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s) plus sales tax (if applicable) once your return has been processed. Gift card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
