Thank you so much for shopping with us! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you. With that in mind we are excited to launch our new and improved, simplified, return policy and process to make returning items easy.
With this new user-friendly return process, you simply need to enter the email and order number associated with the item(s) you want to return. Our website will walk you through the steps of returning your item(s) and either provide you with a return label or help you with the steps of returning on your own.
The online return process will generate a shipping label on what you are returning. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund once we process your return, upon receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned.
International Customers follow the same steps on our website as our domestic customers to return their items, but we are unable to generate international return shipping labels at this time. Instead our International Customers will receive additional instructions on how best to return their item(s).

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order (rather than store credit), the refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned item(s), included sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).
If you select store credit as your preferred refund method you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable), once your return has been processed. Gift Card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
Currently we only process exchanges to customers that receive (an) incorrect or faulty item(s). Contact Customer Service directly if you have any questions regarding exchanges.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid for the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for a refund.
*Swimwear with tampered or missing liners will be refused and no refund will be issued*
*Items smelling of perfume or marked with makeup are not valid for return*
*Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued*
*Any items returned that fall into the categories listed above that are nevertheless authorized or any other authorized returns that fall outside of the policy guidelines for whatever reason may be subject to a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund*MAKE A RETURN
