Candidate Evaluation and CFO Job
- This Campaign is a real job for one six-month, consecutive employment contract. Chance plays no part.
- There will be several stages of candidate evaluation:
Stage 1 – "Show Us Your Style" application submission period (May 3, 2021 – June 6, 2021)
A. Submissions will be submitted via TikTok using the following hashtags
- #roolee
- #rooleecfo
- #girlsrool
B. Submissions will be reviewed by ROOLEE CFO selection committee within TikTok based on searching the above mentioned hashtags
C. Applicants may submit as many videos using the above hashtags as they like. All video submissions will be reviewed
Stage 2 – Selection of Top 100 Candidates (June 6, 2021 – June 11, 2021)
A. Eligible applications received during the Campaign will be reviewed by a panel of ROOLEE representatives in accordance with the qualifications set out for the CFO.
B. Applicants being considered as Top 100 Candidates may be contacted and be required to submit additional applicant information including but not limited to address (if located outside of the US) and additional information.
C. The panel of ROOLEE representatives will select the Top 100 Candidates who will be notified by Direct Message on or before June 10, 2021 that they have been selected to progress to the next stage of the hiring process. They will be provided a credit to ROOLEE to select product and asked to make a second video based on a new prompt, which is required in order to continue to be eligible for the position.
D. Only applicants that are selected to participate in Round 2 will be contacted.
Stage 3 – Top 100 Candidates Invited to Submit Videos (June 11, 2021 – Jun 18, 2021)
A. Between June 11, 2021 and June 18, 2021, the Top 100 Candidates will create an additional TikTok video using the ROOLEE clothing.
B. The same Submission Terms given in the Terms and Conditions will apply to these videos.
C. Submissions videos must include use of ROOLEE product sent as part of the top 100 stage.
Stage 4 – Top 100 Candidate Voting Period (June 18, 2021 – June 27, 2021)
A. During this stage, the Top 100 Candidates will be invited to garner personal and social media support and accrue "likes" on their profiles.
B. Profile URLs will remain the same throughout the competition.
C. Likes gathered during this stage of the campaign WILL NOT dictate who the top 10 candidates will be, but will be one factor of consideration in the evaluation process.
Voting Details (June 18, 2021 – June 27, 2021)
A. The voting period for any application begins as soon as the application has been completed and a profile URL has been issued to the Candidate, but the liking period will close for all applications on June 27, 2021, at 11:59 PM MST.
B. Candidate supporters will be able to vote on an individual profile once every 24 hours. Votes must be made on each Candidate’s official profile, hosted on cfo.roolee.com. "Likes" given on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) will not be recognized by the Company.
C. Candidates should not use spam tactics (e.g. purchasing email lists) or bot tactics (e.g. vote automation) to garner votes. Use of either of these tactics may result in expulsion from the Campaign. Candidates may only ask for voting support from people who the Candidate can infer would consent to receiving contact or notification from them.
D. Candidates should understand that individual applications with high quantities of votes will not necessarily be moved forward in the hiring process.
What is the purpose of a vote, then? The Company, ROOLEE, is seeking a Candidate who will engage, sustain, and mobilize audiences. Capturing votes gives the Company an idea of which candidates are able to do this effectively-- whether their audience is composed of 500 or 500,000 people. A candidate who amasses 0 votes, for example, will most likely not be selected to progress in the hiring process, even if their video is very well done. Similarly, a candidate who amasses a large number of votes but who has submitted a low-quality video will most likely not be selected to progress in the hiring process. The announced Top 100 Candidates will be selected based on a to-be-determined combination of these factors that is left to the discretion of the Company.
Stage 5 – Top 10 Candidates Selected (June 30, 2021)
A. On June 30, 2021, the final Top 10 Candidates will be contacted by phone/email to be informed of their selection, and may be asked to submit additional information. They will be invited to the Top 10 Interview Event, which will take place in Utah.
B. Final Candidates must be willing to participate in the formal interview, including various activities during the interview process. Activities may include indoor and outdoor activities in the Utah area. All finalists must be willing to participate in these activities.
C. Chosen candidates may decline to move forward, in which case, we will select another Candidate.
D. All other applicants from the Top 100 (those who were not selected) will be notified on or before June 30, 2021, that they will not be progressing in the hiring process.
E. The Top Five Final 10 Candidates will be announced on our website and social media Channels following the acceptance of the finalists, on or around June 30, 2021. Their profiles will also be displayed on cfo.roolee.com and www.ROOLEE.com.
