Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

Shipping Protection, referred to as “SP” throughout these Terms & Conditions, is a service offered on roolee.com and backed by Cardinal Point Insurance Company, Inc. to provide confidence in your online purchase. In the event of a package being lost, stolen or damaged in transit, ROOLEE will refund or replace said package and the contents enclosed as long as the following terms are followed.

All fees paid for “SP” are non-refundable. If you did not wish to purchase said protection, a refund can be requested before your order has been “shipped” or “fulfilled”. However, after a package has shipped the service becomes “FINAL SALE” and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Claims for packages marked “delivered” can be filed after 5 days and must be filed before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.”

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last status update.

After filing a claim with the ROOLEE Customer Success team, it may take 14-21 business days for a refund or replacement to be issued. This time will vary based on the circumstances of the claim, including the items contained in the package and the shipping location it was sent.

ROOLEE is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or products where “SP” was not purchased.

If customers abuse the “SP” product or process, ROOLEE reserves the right to cancel “SP” from customers’ future orders after they have been confirmed, but before the fulfilment of said orders.
