Beautiful

I loved everything about this dress just wish it fit me. I ordered a size small following the measurements and when it arrived everything fit but the ruffle just below the hip was so tight that it was restricting so with that I had to return. I am going to try the medium in hopes that it will work and not be to big everywhere else.
