Meet Ginger
Ginger Parrish wears many hats (both figuratively and literally). She is the founder of Gigi Pip, a mama of three, and a popular social media influencer, specializing in fashion on her website the Parrish Place. Ginger loves to blog, recommend her favorite finds, and document her life on social media, all of the while developing meaningful relationships with her audience. Ginger also happens to be the sister of ROOLEE’s beloved founder Kylee Champlin.

A Family Business
ROOLEE was established in Logan, Utah by Kylee Champlin in 2013. Her and her husband Chad are owners of the boutique that has expanded into kids, home, and women’s apparel. Chad is the CEO of ROOLEE, and he tackles much of the behind-the-scenes support. Kylee is the lead designer, providing much of the fashion input and creative expertise. Along the way, Chad and Kylee have brought literal family members into the fold, as well as strangers who have become family.
With its roots grounded in family principles, ROOLEE has established a movement known as “A World of Sisters” to expand its positive reach and impact. ROOLEE aspires to treat everyone like family. Within the company, ROOLEE values a healthy work-life balance that inspires employees to treat each other like family, and Gigi Pip emulates these ideals as well.

You may have seen some of Gigi Pip’s adorable hats the last time you were scrolling the ROOLEE website or visiting the Logan store. That partnership is much deeper than just business, as Ginger is the owner of this Utah founded company. Ginger hopes to build confidence in women by delivering high quality products every time.
