MAKE A RETURN

Thank you so much for shopping with us! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you. With that in mind, we are excited to offer our improved and simplified return/exchange policy and process to make returning items easy.

Domestic Customers:

The online return process will generate a shipping label on what you are returning. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund once we process your return, upon receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned.

International Customers:

For all customers outside the United States follow the steps below to receive your refund.

  1. Package your items with the original invoice from your order.
  2. Write your order number on the outside of the package + seal it for shipping.
  3. Ship your package using your prefered shipping method to the following address:

You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

HOLIDAY 2019 EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

All items, excluding those marked *FINAL SALE*, purchased between the dates of November 1st - December 9th will be eligible for return and exchange until January 10th. All items purchased after December 10th, 2019 fall into our standard 30 day return policy and will not qualify for the Holiday 2019 Extended Return Policy.


RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order (rather than store credit), the refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned item(s), included sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).

If you are refunded using Store Credit you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable), once your return has been processed. Gift Card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.

BOGO Sale Items:

Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs, one being the purchased item and the other being the free or discounted item. If both items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded in the form of an in-store credit or refund back to the original form of payment. The purchased or free items from a BOGO sale are eligible individually for exchange for a different size or color variant of the same style. If only one item from a BOGO half off sale is returned for a refund the cost of the original purchase will be split equally between the two items. If the item you paid full price for is returned from a BOGO free sale, the cost of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

We're excited to announce our new product exchange feature! Customers can now exchange an item for a different size or color in the same style at no extra cost. If you're interested in exchanging for a different item, see the Credit Voucher section below to find out how. These exchanges may be subject to an additional shipping fee. Contact Customer Service directly if you have any questions regarding exchanges.

Please Note: Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise approved by Customer Success.

Credit Voucher:

Certain returns will qualify for an Instant Credit Voucher. What this means is you'll receive a gift card code with the value of the items you return. You are welcome to use this voucher immediately upon receiving it, to purchase something new! If you decide not to use the voucher, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This voucher is only valid on roolee.com and will expire once your return has been received and processed at our facility. At that point, any unused funds from the provided voucher will be refunded to the original payment method.

Promo codes and Credit Vouchers are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code or Credit Voucher may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid for the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Expired promo codes or Credit Vouchers will not be accepted.

Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for return or exchange.

*For United States based customers that choose to use our return shipping label, be aware, the cost will vary based on the weight and quantity of items returned. You will be able to review this cost before finalizing your return.*

*Swimwear with tampered or missing liners will be refused and no refund will be issued*

*Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued.*

*Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued*

*Any returns containing an item outside of the policy will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee and no refund will be issued.*
