11 Instagram-Worthy Spots in Logan

Posted by Mekenna Malan on

You might not know it at first glance, but this college town (and the city of Roolee’s headquarters) is bursting with culture. Historic buildings line Logan’s main street, while cozy cafes and 5-minute access to mountain canyons make Cache Valley a beautiful, well-rounded destination. These 11 locations are begging for a photo-op.

UTAH THEATRE

18 W. Center St.
You won’t see the latest blockbuster here - this movie theater screens classic films four nights a week. The entire venue is retro, but its neon sign is the Utah Theatre’s most photogenic feature.

LOGAN CANYON

Highway 89
Hailed as one of the country’s most beautiful scenic byways, Logan Canyon offers visitors a handful of outdoor activities and beautiful sightseeing all year round. Fall leaves will be your most colorful backdrop in autumn, or hike the Crimson Trail in spring to pose among the wildflowers.

LUCKY SLICE MURAL

64 Federal Ave.
This Utah pizza chain hired French artist Lucas Beaufort to paint a whimsical mural on their storefront. Grab a slice while you’re admiring the art - photoshoots are always better with pizza.

MAIN STREET ALLEYWAYS

Main St.
The historic buildings on Logan’s main drag are vintage beauties, but the real treasure lies behind them. Explore these overlooked alleyways for a look that’s a little more grungy.

It’s obvious, but necessary: the Old Main tower on USU’s campus is the most iconic architecture in Cache Valley. Go Aggies!
